Treatment Roadmap
Intensive 4-week phase to achieve remission. Combines Vincristine, Dexamethasone, Daunorubicin, and IT-MTX.
22-day bone marrow recovery following Induction. Counts rebuild before Consolidation can safely begin.
8-week phase to eliminate residual disease. Includes Cyclophosphamide IV, home Ara-C injections, Vincristine, Calaspargase, and IT-MTX under sedation.
Short recovery window. Waiting for white blood cells and neutrophils to recover before Blinatumomab can safely begin.
4-week targeted immunotherapy. A BiTE antibody that grabs your own T-cells and forces them to attack any remaining leukemia cells directly.
14-day recovery window between Blinatumomab #1 and Interim Maintenance 1. Counts stabilize before IM1 can begin.
8-week Capizzi MTX phase — IV Methotrexate escalating dose every 10 days (48-hr hospital stays) + Vincristine, plus daily 6-MP at home. Started July 10, 2026.

Second 28-day round of BiTE immunotherapy to further deepen and consolidate remission.
Re-intensification phase mirroring early Induction intensity. One of the most critical phases for achieving long-term cure.
Second 8-week Capizzi MTX phase — same structure as IM1. Daily 6-MP at home plus IV MTX every 10 days.
2-year oral chemo phase. Daily 6-MP + weekly MTX (oral). Near-normal life resumes. School, activities, growth — all continuing.
